SO GRATEFUL!

For the positive press from the Zanesville Times Recorder on the front page today. Apologize as there is a paywall to see the article but good journalism requires us to support print media. Bottom line is we are very proud to be creating only the second designated Tiny Home Community in our State and in the Village of Shawnee.

The goal is to create a community of permanent tiny home residents by providing them with sewage and water access, utilities and trash pickup.

PROGRESS UPDATE!

Talk about rough digging for utility installation at our Tiny Home site but this is what you get with an old clay strip mine and brick factory. Our excavator operator earned his pay this week but we are on track for moving in reservations on May 1st. But do not worry as our landscape team has big plans to add to the natural beauty already existing on the site!
