We’re excited to congratulate Logan Cozart, our Director of Baseball Operations at Xcel Athletics, on earning his OnBaseU Level 1 Pitching Certification!

This certification reflects Logan’s commitment to continuing his education and bringing quality baseball instruction to the athletes we serve at Camp Excel.

OnBaseU focuses on the relationship between biomechanics, physical movement, and athletic performance. Through this training, Logan has expanded his knowledge of:

* Pitching biomechanics and movement patterns
* Evaluating pitching mechanics through movement assessments
* Understanding how the body influences pitching performance
* Developing individualized, data-informed training approaches
* Helping athletes improve movement, mechanics, and overall performance

We’re excited to welcome the New Year's Revolution Duals on December 31 and the New Year's Belt Brawl on January 1!
We look forward to hosting some of the region's top wrestling clubs right here in Sherrodsville, Ohio!

BREAKING NEWS: The 12/31 New Year's Revolution Duals and the 1/1 New Year's Belt Brawl have been relocated to the much larger Camp Excel in Sherrodsville, OH. This will allow us to bring in more teams for the duals and more wrestlers for the Belt Brawl. Dual info below, Belt Brawl info will be out next week. For the duals, defending Boys Champs and Girls Runner Up and OAC State Champs Rising Kingz Wrestling Club have already committed. Also, defending Girls Champs and Boys Runner-Up Bulldawgs Wrestling Club have also committed. Contact Ric to get your team entered before they clos out:)
