KWB Hotels today celebrates National Hotel Employee Day. The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and National Day Calendar established National Hotel Employee Day in 2022 to honor the nearly two million employees who work in the hotel industry. It is observed annually on September 1. This year, National Hotel Employee Day comes as hotels across the nation are working to quickly fill nearly 100,000 open hotel jobs. To attract more talent, hotels are offering current and prospective employees near-historic wages, better benefits, and more flexibility than ever before.

We are hosting a Job Fair for our Overland Park and Lenexa, KS hotels November 15th & 16th from 11am - 5pm at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Refreshments, snacks and on the spot job interviews!

We have openings for Sales Manager, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance Support, and Breakfast Attendants. We hope to see you there!

KWB is excited to announce the promotion of Aliyah Santiago to its Sales Team in Littleton, Colorado as Dual Property Sales Manager of our Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott. Aliyah most recently served as Assistant General Manager of the Residence Inn and brings to her new position extensive market and hotel knowledge. Prior to her onboarding at KWB in 2018, Aliyah held management and operational positions with Legacy Vacation Resorts, The Walt Disney Company, and NBC Universal. A native of New York City, Aliyah enjoys the fresh Colorado air and the varied weather. When not mothering her children (and Husband) Aliyah is pursuing a degree in accounting and loves to sing—both in public and in solitude. Welcome Aliyah to your new role!
