The land auction didn't go as well as planned but it is what it is. A little in the red but nothing we can't dig out of. Congrats to the winning bidders that bought a special piece of property.

One last auction left on the remaining personal property with Hines Auction Service, Inc that ends tomorrow. Things will go cheap, so check out to see if anything works for you. This has been a stressful time but I'm happy that I have three wonderful, happy, healthy children, great people in my life, and good health. Might be starting over at zero but I'm starting over with experience.

Check out the auction before it ends: https://www.hinesauctionservice.com/auctions/detail/bw125071

So many memories. Thank you all.

The Apple River Hideaway has brought family and friends together for camping and tubing for decades, but it will be auctioned off on Monday.

08/13/2024

We fought the good fight as long as we could, unfortunately it didn't turn out the way that we all wanted.

We became like family over the years, so many wonderful memories. We created a fun environment of love and respect, tubing, camping, music, campfires, and camaraderie. A love for one another and a love for the place. She is something special. All good things must come to an end.

The property is being auctioned off on Monday August 26th at 1pm at the Somerset American Legion Post 111. The auction will be online and in person. We'll make it a little bit of a going away celebration starting at 11am with a keg of b**r and I'll make my meatballs, lil smokies, chicken wings with mav sauce.

If you loved the property as much as we/I did, please help spread the word. Maybe you and someone you know would like to buy a piece of heaven. Just over a mile of river-frontage is being auctioned off into five conceptual pieces. Build a dream home or have as an investment property. Could be township lots or could be annexed into the Village of Somerset. Choice is yours.

Again, thanks for all the wonderful memories. We love and miss you.

Please share, tag a buddy, investors, comment with a good memory, something to make me smile at this difficult time.
