Superhost, again. 🏆🍷

This past year at Vines & Villa Rentals has been our busiest yet: 83 stays and 376 nights hosted, with a 4.9 rating, a 100% response rate, and zero cancellations.

As a certified property manager in Sonoma County, Superhost status means more to me than a badge. It’s proof that the homes our owners trust us with are cared for at the highest standard, and that every guest who walks through the door gets a stay worth remembering.

None of this happens without an incredible team behind the scenes, and owners who trust us with their most valuable asset. Thank you. 🙏

Hi, I’m Laura — and it’s about time I properly re-introduced myself!

I’m the founder of Vines and Villa Rentals, and for the past few years I’ve been living my dream: helping guests fall in love with W**e Country one unforgettable stay at a time. ✨

A little about me:
📸 Retired professional photographer (yes, I still can’t put the camera down)
🏡 Certified property manager(13 years) who treats every home like it’s my own
🐾 Proud corgi mom
🍷 SF girl who fell for W**e Country

What started as a passion for hospitality turned into managing beautiful properties across Sonoma and Napa, where “It’s Personal” isn’t just our motto, it’s how we run things. Happy guests, 5-star reviews, and homes that are genuinely cared for. That’s the whole mission.

When I’m not coordinating cleaners, vendors, and new listings (see: my never-ending to-do list 😅), you’ll find me iced tea in hand, planning the next big dream for this business — or just soaking in these W**e Country views I still can’t believe I get to call home.

So — that’s me! Thanks for being here for this next chapter. More to come. 🍇🐶

Harvest has begun at Ektimo W**ery 🍇🍂

We’re lucky enough to manage a vacation rental right on the property — which means our guests don’t just visit Sonoma w**e country, they wake up in it. Right now that means watching the vines fill with fruit as harvest kicks into gear.

Green Valley of Russian River AVA is having its moment, and we’re grateful to be part of it.

Slow mornings were made for places like this. 🐿️✨

Tune the vintage-feel Victrola to something soft, let the golden squirrel light your way, and keep an eye out — there are little golden bunnies hiding all over Heartstone Cottage, waiting to be found.

Sonoma Creek is just out back. Grab a curated book, take in the constant creek sounds, and remember that absolutely nothing here is in a rush.

This is the kind of place that makes you forget what day it is… in the best way.
