Legend has it that Fairmont Sonoma's hallways are sometimes graced by the presence of Victoria, one of Sonoma Valley's early European settlers. Said to have celebrated her wedding and many anniversaries at the resort, Victoria's life was intertw**ed with Sonoma Mission Inn for decades.
So much so that after her passing, it seems as though she may have refused to ever check out at all.
