JOB POSTING: Looking for a head housekeeper for 14 room motel plus common space of the RV Park. Pay starts at $15 per hour based on experience and abilities.

This position is responsible for the majority of cleaning, laundry, and keeping inventory of supplies for 14 motel rooms (19 total beds, 14 total bathrooms) plus the public bathroom facilities of the campground (6 showers, 7 toilets). Additionally, the office needs to be cleaned 1-2x per month. The job is seasonal. We are looking for someone to begin April 10th through the middle of October. The beginning and end of the season are more part time with the middle of summer closer to full time. This job is compatible with people who have other jobs during the school year.

Must be available on weekends. Schedule fluxuates based on occupancy but is typically Thursday-Monday. As with most housekeeping jobs, the end time of the shifts is based on the number of rooms.

As another season kicks into full gear, we cannot help but notice how many campers are making the switch to electric vehicles. At Jensen's, we welcome all the newest automotive technology. As this trend has taken hold, it's forced us to reevaluate our electric usage policies. Effective immediately, any camping reservation with an electric vehicle, regardless of length of stay, will pay for metered electric use at $0.16 kwh. Additionally, we offer electric vehicle charging (subject to availability) at the same rate for those not camping at Jensen's. Please call us with any questions 269-637-3544.

The Riverfront Concert Series kicks off tonight with a special pre-season concert from South Haven High School Jazz Band. Grab your folding chairs, picnic blankets, and quite possibly your umbrellas and join the band for a great time on the north side marina lawn. Music begins at 7pm.
