It is within walking distance to Wings Grove Beach on Long Pond and can accommodate ten people. The property boasts a private fenced-in yard, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a coffee bar, and an expansive back deck ideal for entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there are two living areas, making it suitable for families with teenagers. The backyard is equipped with lighting for evening activities. Key amenities include stainless steel kitchen appliances, cable, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas grill, and co****le boards. Greetings! The 2026 season starts tomorrow!

Tom and I, as well as our landscaper, housekeeper and handyman, have put in significant hours getting the house and yard ready. To that end, I'd like to ask our guests this season (and beyond) to inform me if a blanket or towel gets ruined and requires replacement. I promise not to get upset- life happens! We were short 10 hand towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 pillowcases and 3 blankets at the end of last season. The brand new dog furniture covers are also missing. I've replaced everything but the furniture covers, not sure if anyone uses them. Again, life happens- just let me know so I can replace as needed, so we are not caught short during the season.

New this year is a TV with a firestick (with HBO and Prime) in the upstairs master bedroom. There are two additional firestick TVs in the lower level and the TV with the cable box in the living room. Moreover, several fence posts and panels have been replaced, securing the backyard. Additionally we have put all the games inside the downstairs ottoman for the kids. Finally I came into a few decorative pieces that I think add a nice touch to the place, and I hope you do too.
