Looking for a flexible sales opportunity tied to a beautiful oceanfront resort on Cape Cod?



We’re seeking an experienced timeshare sales professional to support timeshare resale and sales activity at Ocean Club on Smuggler’s Beach.

✔ Commission-based opportunity
✔ No set schedule – work on your terms
✔ Ability to work remotely, with optional on-site engagement
✔ Built-in owner base and guest traffic



This is a great fit for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales in a relaxed resort setting while maintaining the flexibility of an independent sales role.



What you'll do:
• Work with prospective buyers and existing owners
• Facilitate timeshare resale and new ownership transactions
• Present ownership opportunities in a professional, consultative manner



Requirements:
• Previous timeshare sales experience required
• Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson, Broker, or Managing Broker license
• Professional liability insurance coverage
