1 Front Desk 2nd and 3rd shift (3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
• Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
• Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Implement appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Regularly calculate and/or posts money, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit using accurate, proper cash and credit card handling methods.
• Keep guest information private and ensure that only the correct individuals are given access to rooms.
• Basic mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to observe and react in emergency situations.
• Ability to perform any tasks required by the hotel General Manager
