The island is buzzing with basketball 🏀 teams from all over Maine to showcase next year's middle school and high school teams at the Great Harbor Shootout put on by the Harbour House in Southwest! It's double elimination for 76 teams. Yes, it's all about the game! We love to welcome teams from Aroostook County! Good luck!

The Clubhouse has being receiving a face-lift this winter...new Great Room tables, new carpet in the lower level with newly painted walls...no more DVD movie cases, but you can still ask by number. Ready just in time for February school vacation!

Do you want to have a party, but don’t have the room for it? We have your spot! Harbor Ridge Ownership includes the use of the Great Room for private events for a nominal fee! We have had baby showers, retirement parties, birthday parties, memorial services, and various other “To Do’s” in the clubhouse! The room can be decorated in advance, for the actual party hours. We do not have “kitchen” services; however, we do have cold storage available. There is NO ice machine here, so you must bring your own. Some owners include the pool use (not exclusively) with their party plans!! Owners must be in attendance for the party AND if children are going to the pool, adults must watch them! There are additional limitations and rules to follow included in the contract which must be signed, prior to use. Call ahead to reserve a date! 207-244-7000

Hey Owners! Are you bored at home…holiday season is behind us…looking ahead to a long winter…feeling like a “getaway”? It’s time to make your Getaway reservations for Harbor Ridge. Some of the best moments and memories come from relaxing on the “Quiet side” for a weekend to an entire week! Bring your snowshoes, cross-country skis, and/or winter hiking boots and commune with nature in her most austere outfit! School vacation week in February, as well as the Great Harbor Shoot Out weekend of March 13-15, are NOT included in the getaway rates, as most of the owners of those weeks enjoy their use during those dates. Owner getaway rates end April 1.

Maintenance fees are still lower than most time shares in Maine, lower than those on the eastern seaboard, and highly tradeable to thousands of other resorts through Interval International!
Many of our local community’s residents are investing in their families’ futures with the gift of VACATION!! You’ll find many weeks are priced for rapid sale and the maintenance fees are lower than a family membership to the local YMCA! The clubhouse game room is currently getting a facelift, but the facilities of the pool and hot tub are still accessible. Stop on by and check us out! This gentleman is on his way to the clubhouse!

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving Day to all, near and far!! We have the Macy's parade on in the Great Room, some guests are already enjoying it!! A reminder, the clubhouse will close at 3 p.m. today. Please enjoy this day with those you love and if you can't be with them, know that you are being thought of and we carry you in our hearts.

Harbor Ridge has a fabulous offer for its owners beginning December 1, 2025 thru April 1, 2026!! “Owner Getaways” are available for as little as $199 for a minimum 2-night stay! Add more nights to your mini vacation…Owner weekly rate is $450!! You can book your getaway no sooner than 10 days in advance of your stay dates. The school vacation weeks of Christmas, New Years, and President’s Day are NOT included in the getaway rates. Where else can you get such additional value for your timeshare, other than Harbor Ridge?!
