Whether they are calling, emailing, or checking in, our relationship with each guest of The Claremont Hotel starts with you. As a member of our guest services team, Front Desk Staff will welcome every guest with a smile, thank them for choosing us, and check them in and out with a superior level of hospitality. This will involve processing credit card payments, showing guests where amenities are located, highlighting property features, and recommending area attractions upon request.

Front Desk Staff will answer phones and make reservations on our online reservation system. Basic computer skills are required, including Microsoft Office. You must be comfortable communicating with guests in person, on the phone, and via email.
