"We rented the Escape Hatch during a family reunion weekend. My wife and I, my brother, and my daughter/son in law/and 4 year old granddaughter stayed 3 nights. One of our favorite things about the house was that the ground level part is like having a private apartment. My daughter's family slept down there. They had a big screen telly, a great classic video game console (the 4 year old loved playing Frogger). and their own little kitchenette. The rooms are spacious, the furniture comfortable. The views off the deck are great. You are at a wide part of the lake, with spectacular sunsets. We used the provided canoe to paddle over to Goat Island, It is obvious that this is a well-loved family home. It has everything you need to entertain yourself. We also want to congratulate the owners for creating one of the best guidebook/brochures that we've ever come across. It was a fun, relaxing place to stay." - The Brown Family
