Preferably 2+ years of leadership experience in maintenance, facility operations, or hospitality (bonus points if you’ve ever saved a building from a rogue water heater).

Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills — basically, you’re the person people call when something goes wrong and they need a calm, capable human.

💰 Pay Range
$45,000 – $55,000+ DOE
