Can I just talk to a human?
That's what my loved one said. Not to me because she didn't want to bother me. She sat on hold for 45 minutes. Then she hung up and said she was done with the internet entirely. "I'll get rabbit ears for the TV and that's it."
I laughed. Then I got in my car and drove over there. Turns out, she's not alone. Not even close.
When I started asking friends about their struggles, everyone had a version of the same story. People are struggling quietly, not asking for help because they don't want to feel like a burden. They'd tried the tutorials, the automated help lines, the steps that led nowhere, and they are just ready to give up.
That stayed with me. I'm Chillon and it's exactly why I started my service, CC Digital Life.
I can help be the human on the other end of the line. I listen first. We figure it out together and you leave feeling like YOU solved it, because you did!
No automated agents. No scripts. Our lives are now digital, but we didn't ask for this. We can't go back to the 80s or 90s when our lives weren't dominated by the internet, bots and watching for scams.
