Seeking friendly, organized, Bed & Breakfast and Event Manager for the the Lodge at Grant's Trail, a nine-roomed facility that also hosts events. This is a hands-on position with duties that will include receiving, inputting, and managing guest reservations, customer service, guest check in, collecting cash and credit card sales, keeping the schedule, office, and records organized, providing quality and inventory control and overall management of facility and housekeeping staff. We are looking for someone with office and management experience that must be computer proficient with great communication skills both verbal & written to interact with owners, staff, and guests. Must be able to proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain the integrity of the facility consistent with owner’s guidelines.
Because The Lodge at Grant’s Trail also hosts private events, this position will require answering event inquiries, giving tours, and booking parties for the Lodge and being part of our event sales team that maintains communications with our clients and sees them through from their initial tour to their event.
This is a full time job with benefits with office hours Tuesday – Saturday 8:30 – 5:00 but there will be expectations that you have some flexibility in regard to schedule as occasionally there is early/late check-ins or other event needs.
