Yoni steaming is an ancient practice used by women around the world to support pelvic wellness and reconnect with the womb space. Many women incorporate it into their self-care routines to encourage relaxation, increase circulation to the pelvic region, ease menstrual discomfort, support postpartum recovery (when appropriate), promote a sense of grounding, and deepen their connection with their bodies.

Healing isn’t only about what you release. It’s also about what you receive.

You’re welcome to bring a small picnic, fresh fruit, dark chocolate, tea, or any simple snack to enjoy during your thermal spa ritual. Between the warmth of the tubs, the cool plunge, the sauna, and quiet moments of rest, nourishing your body can become part of the ceremony.

We believe wellness happens from both directions. Through the warmth that softens you. Through the stillness that restores you. Through the food that reminds your body it is safe, cared for, and abundant.

So pack a few things that feel nourishing. Eat slowly. Sip intentionally. Let every part of your visit become an act of tending to yourself.

We’ll flip to a random page and read about first kisses under the stars, healing after heartbreak, deep conversations around the fire, quiet mornings with coffee and birdsong, proposals, anniversaries, tears, laughter, reconnections, and moments people said they hadn’t felt in years.

It humbles us every single time.

What started as a dream in the woods somehow became part of so many people’s stories. And knowing that this space has held you through rest, love, grief, celebration, growth, and stillness… that means more than we could ever properly put into words.
