⭐ Meet Shane - Owner, Maintenance Man, and the Guy Who Keeps It All Going! 🔧

Behind everything we do is Shane, the owner and one of the hardest working people you’ll ever meet. While he may officially be the owner, around here he wears many hats - leader, maintenance man, repair expert, problem solver, and the person always willing to step in wherever he’s needed.

If something breaks, needs fixed, or isn’t working quite right, chances are Shane is already on it. From handling repairs and maintenance to making sure everything runs smoothly day after day, he’s constantly working behind the scenes to keep things going. He’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves, get his hands dirty, and put in the hard work it takes to make sure the job gets done right.

What makes Shane such a great owner is the care and dedication he puts into both the business and the people around him. He’s built more than just a workplace - he’s created an environment where employees feel supported and customers feel welcomed. His strong work ethic, leadership, and willingness to help out in every area never go unnoticed.

No matter how busy things get, Shane is always there making sure everyone and everything is taken care of. The long hours, hard work, and commitment he puts in every single day are a huge part of what makes this place what it is.

We are so excited to have Sherri join our crew! She brings a fun personality, a hardworking attitude, and a love for adventure that fits right in with our team.

When Sherri isn’t at work, you can usually find her outdoors doing what she loves most. She enjoys hiking through the mountains, riding 4-wheelers, and going offroading whenever she gets the chance. Whether it’s exploring new trails, getting muddy on an adventure, or spending time outside enjoying nature, Sherri is always ready for excitement and making memories.

Her adventurous spirit, positive energy, and friendly personality make her a great addition to our workplace, and we can’t wait for everyone to get to know her better.

Callie is the heart behind our team, always leading with kindness, hard work, and a smile that can brighten anyone’s day. Whether she’s helping staff, making sure every detail is perfect, or creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door, she does it all with so much care and dedication.

When she’s not at work being an incredible leader, Callie loves spending quality time with Cypress and the rest of her family. Family means everything to her, and some of her favorite moments are the simple ones - making memories together, enjoying time outdoors, relaxing at home, and sharing lots of laughs with the people she loves most.

Up next in our Meet the Staff series is one of our newest team members — meet Raelynn! 🌟

Raelynn is a sophomore at PCHS and is spending her first season with us at the campground 🏕️ Whether she’s greeting guests at the guard shack or serving up delicious food in the store , Rae’s positive attitude and strong work ethic make her such a valuable part of our team. We absolutely love having her on staff! 💚

When she’s not at the campground, Rae stays busy with volleyball, cheer, and several school clubs , bringing the same dedication and energy to everything she does. After high school, she plans to attend the University of Tennessee to pursue a degree in Nursing 🩺. Until then, she’s excited to see what this campground season has in store! ✨

Felicia has been a member of our team for two seasons! You’ll find her here on weekend mornings, serving up delicious biscuits and gravy or a breakfast burrito alongside Shane. Her dedication and work ethic sure do shine through here! When she’s not at the campground, she enjoys spending time with her children. She consistently goes above and beyond for both our guests and everyone else here, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our crew.
