Today, we locked the doors at Common Ground for the final time and officially closed a chapter that has meant so much to us.
For nearly two years, this space was more than just a building. It became a place where our community gathered, celebrated, learned, laughed, and made memories. Common Ground was home to Studio T Dance, birthday parties, company gatherings, retirement celebrations, wellness classes, bible studies, homecoming dance, craft classes, bridal and baby showers, and so many other special moments.
While we were only renters ourselves, we were blessed to steward this space for a season, and what a blessing that season was. Our heart from the beginning was to provide an affordable place where people could connect and create meaningful memories, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that possible.
To every renter who chose Common Ground, every person who attended an event, and everyone who supported us along the way—thank you!! You helped make this place feel like home.
As one chapter closes, another begins. We pray God's blessings over the new renters and hope this space continues to serve our community in beautiful and meaningful ways for years to come.
And for us, we move forward with gratitude and faith, trusting the Lord with the new doors He has opened for us.
"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." — Isaiah 43:19
Thank you, Common Ground. ❤️
