I'd like to introduce myself! I was born and raised at Kernodle's Lake in Grandview, Missouri. This is where my dream and vision became real! We had rental property and hosted corporate events!
Due to progress and technology I can add many fun items to my dream! ATV rentals, zip-lining and a retreat involving humans interacting with animals, gardening and nature! Helping children of today that are at risk is one of my main goals! With today's technology and room rentals such as Airbnb, hipcamp.com and Tentrr.com we can reach the entire world now. I raised four amazing successful children pretty much by myself! I'm still searching for the perfect land to build WOOFstock By Candy.Come help us grow! I have 40 years experience of entrepreneurship! With the help of work campers and volunteers I can keep expenses low for payroll.The main income that will be produced up front will be lot rentals and sales. I have my eye on 36 acres now in
Lake of the Ozarks. In today's hectic world people need a retreat to escape to! Let's do this!

WOOFstock By Candy is focusing on saving one life at a time. In our camp retreat sanctuary all lives matter! Human & fur are just as important no matter the color, shape or size!! We specialize in helping at-risk preteens ages 10 to 14 years of age. These young adults can age out with us until 18 years of age. At our sanctuary they will learn gardening & animal care. They will volunteer one to two times a week with adult supervision. They will help with all aspects of running an animal and plant sanctuary. This will in turn help them to become caring, loving and responsible young adults. We will provide them with a recommendation letter of work experience upon graduation. There is much more in store! Welcome to WOOFstock By Candy. Hop on board and join me for a fun-filled adventure of a lifetime! Here at WOOFstock By Candy we promote more love, less hate! We incorporate a nature retreat sanctuary with animals and humans enjoying nature and peace together. Located near Rocky Mount Missouri we are surrounded by beauty. Rocky Mount Missouri in the Ozarks is home to the fictional character Ruth in the Netflix series Ozark. We absolutely do not promote drugs or bad behavior. Our camps mission is more love, less hate. We work on saving one life at a time. In our 36 acres in WOOFstock By Candy we will be owner financing 1 acre tracts with low monthly payments, no credit check and a low down payment as well. We will have a community meeting area with picnic shelter facilities along with a bathhouse for community use, there will be public restrooms as well. We will have an HOA fee of $150 a year to help maintain this common area. When you purchase your one acre tract you'll be able to tent camp or rent one of our tiny homes or just come down to ride your ATV. This picnic area and shelter facility can be booked in advance for private parties or weddings. We will have animals to visit in our sanctuary zone. There will also be a year-round greenhouse to purchase farm-to-table goodies. Our products will be sold in person from the campground or It'll be available online in our Etsy store. We welcome private investors to our several social platforms to help get this AMAZING private campground business launched!
