The Curse of Deaths Door ☠️

“My sail is Door County and the Great Lakes, meets Pirates of the Caribbean. The sail includes the iconic Jolly Roger and my design of a skull lighthouse (a nod to the Great Lakes pirates: “King” James Jesse Strang and “Roaring” Dan Seavy). The names of ships lost to the Deaths Door Passage are listed (book credit: SHIPWRECKS AT DEATHS DOOR) and the golden hourglass with wings represents the passage of time (one of Pirate Christopher Moody’s symbols). This is my 2nd Sturgeon Bay street art project and I am happy to share my creation with you. Enjoy!”
