$2.00 per pint
$2.50 per pound.

Berries beginning to turn purple/ blue and should be ready for picking in a few weeks.

I think 2017 will be an interesting summer for the J&B Blueberries. This spring the bushes have been hit with snow, hail and very cool temperatures, but it seems with all the rain the berries are thriving. A bit of sun would be to their liking. I will keep you posted when Berries are ready for picking.

2016 was a great year. With the lack of rain, we were able to use our underground weeping watering system (with caution) two times over the season. It really helped the stressed bushes, and energy went to the berries..This makes 5 times we have used this watering system in 10 years. Pretty sweet.
We are so grateful to our patrons; our friends who continue to come back year after year, and family who works along side us to get the work done. Each year , productivity is always hopeful, but never expected.. So again I will thank the lovely bushes for a great harvest in a summer lacking water.

Bushes are loaded with berries that should ripen very soon.
Thank goodness for the rain. The rain will plump them up and move the ripening period forward.

2015 - A wonderful summer of bountiful berries that has sadly come to an end. Picked the last of the berries today. The bluejays and the bees will delight on the remains.
Thanks to K & G for tending the patch while we were travelling, and thanks to our loyal friends who visit and pick each year.
See you all in 2016...

To all my berry picking friends...We have had an amazing year and the berries keep coming. The birds are enjoying the abundance and I am offering a special to all my faithful friends. Pick one pint for $2 and the next pint is free. We have so many berries this year - we just cannot keep up with them - so I am hoping to see you in the patch. Love feeding the birds, but know we have many berries you could freeze, make pies with or jam. Hope to see you soon.
