Barry, Laura, Louis, and Annamaria have decades of experience across motorcoach development, engineering, and construction. Barry and Laura have been developing luxury motorcoach properties since 2007 and know the lifestyle firsthand. Louis and Annamaria bring their engineering and construction expertise to the project, helping shape the sites, pads, and casitas.

It’s a family project built with real experience, smart details, and a clear vision for what Carolina Coastal can become.

The creeks, marshes, and the Intracoastal Waterway are perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing, or simply enjoying a different view of the coastline.

One of the things we love most about Carolina Coastal's location is how close it is to Wilmington.

Spend the day exploring the Riverfront, browsing local shops, grabbing dinner on the waterfront, or catching a show downtown. Then head back to the quieter pace of coastal Brunswick County.

It's the best of both worlds, and it's all less than an hour away.
