No breakfast today. Sorry for the inconvenience. We run a very small staff in the winter, and one person being under the weather and Trent being out of town picking up a new family car has us without a cook. Very sorry about all this.

Next week we will be back open Thursday to Sunday for breakfast.

Alright Swan Valley… we’re doing something a little different tonight!

Tender sliced beef with crispy edges, mushrooms and bell peppers cooked hot and fast, tossed with noodles in a savory-sweet garlic ginger sauce. Warm, hearty, and full of flavor.

We don’t get a lot of “outside-the-box” food around here, so if you’re feeling adventurous (or just want something dang good), this one’s worth trying.
