Outback Campground & Resort is a family-owned Iowa getaway where memories are made. If you haven’t visited yet, it’s time to come see what the fun is all about!

If you’ve been here before, you know Outback Campground & Resort is the perfect place to bring your family and friends. Our campground features a beautiful A-frame lodge, a cozy ranch-style lodge, two rustic cabins, full and partial hook-up campsites, and a rec room ideal for special events or reunions. There’s always something to do with a swimming pool, mini golf, playground, fishing pond, sand volleyball courts, basketball hoops and a bounce pillow. Families have been making unforgettable memories here for years, and many return season after season.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 camping season at The Outback!

As we close up for the fall and winter, we’re looking back on a season filled with memories made with some pretty amazing campers.

Thank you to everyone who spent time with us this year and made the 2026 season one to remember! We’re already looking forward to next year and can’t wait to welcome you all back in the spring.

Until then, stay warm, stay safe, and keep those camping memories close!

🏕️ It’s the LAST weekend of the 2026 camping season at The Outback!

A quick reminder: A dumpster will be available for campers to dispose of end-of-season garbage before heading home until next year.

Join us for our Farewell Dinner on Saturday, October 10 at 5 PM in the Rec Center. We’ll have soup & sandwiches as we gather together and enjoy one more evening at The Outback.
