This one is taking shape.

The ceiling clouds are in. Break room cabinets are going in now, and the office glass is being installed. Springdale Industries is starting to look like a real office.

TBC is proud to support Westshore Alliance and sponsor a hole on the course. Thank you to the Westshore Alliance for bringing the district’s business community together for a great day of golf. ⛳

Work in progress at The Motor Enclave

We’re building out a private garage at The Motor Enclave and the interior is starting to come to life. Can’t wait to get this one to the finish line so we can watch the client race around the track.

Happy National Coffee Day from the TBC team. Raising a cup to the crews, trade partners, and clients who build Tampa Bay with us.

Eleven years ago, Tampa Bay Constructors opened its doors with a simple goal: build great spaces and build them right. Today we’re celebrating 11 years of commercial construction across the Tampa Bay area, and none of it happens without the people who made it possible.

Thank you to the clients who trusted us with their spaces, the trade partners who worked with us, and the entire TBC team whose hard work is etched into every project. Here’s to the next eleven years.
