Clean, comfortable motel on the Tawas River overlooking Beautiful Tawas Bay that's on the budget end of the room rate scale...We cater to the blue collar folk that want to spend the night and not a fortune. We do have a two night min. on weekend stays.

We no longer own or run this motel for the motorcycle crowd. Please do not leave requests for more info. or room rates. We do believe they are still in business but without Don and Becky as host. Not much catering to the bike crowd either. Thanks!

A big "Thank You" to all our supporters for the last eight years of fun and friendship at the Surfside Motel. It is now time to get back our life's and catch up on some vacation travel that we have longed for the last eight years. We recommend those that want to visit the Tawas area , that you give Les at Taylors cottages a call. They are on the water south of Tawas a few miles. (989) 876-7317 and tell them I sent you.
