Marine , carpenter , community builder, and the Reason the Palomar Inn Hotel still stands in the heart of Old Town Temecula .

> In 1954 he bought it for $20,000 . With carpenter hands and a big vision. He didn’t just restore the Palomar — he helped build this town. First Town Association. First parade.First chamber of commerce.
