Family vacation cabin in Maine on an 81-acre lake We have only this one very special property to offer. The lodge sleeps six.

This family vacation lodge is a completely secluded, rustic, log-sided cottage at the lake shore, with all modern conveniences (newly renovated in 2013-14) and with very high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. It comes with a lovely stone fireplace, your own private swimming dock, an enclosed outdoor shower with dressing room, a rowboat, kayaks and a canoe. It is in an area that offers many

August in Maine is SO beautiful! Fewer bugs, cooler nights, and still warm summer days to go swimming in! And the sound of the loons... Unbelievably, we still have 3 open weeks in August this year!
