Located in a remote area in the Town of Lyme, Long Point State Park offers a peaceful, relaxing camping experience. Situated on Point Peninsula and facing Chaumont Bay on Lake Ontario, the park is small and almost completely surrounded by water with great views from anywhere in the park. The park has 86 campsites which are fairly open with scattered trees, a playground, and picnic area. The park

also includes a marina that has a 32 dock slips and a 2 lane boat launch that provides access to Chaumont Bay/Lake Ontario. Chaumont Bay offers excellent boating and fishing opportunities. Constant lake breezes keep the park cool and mosquito-free.

Dock Update

Please be aware that dock installation is currently underway at the park. During this time, the docks will be temporarily unavailable for use and patrons may experience occasional noise related to construction.

We appreciate your patience as we complete this work and will share updates as soon as docks are ready.
