A Fantastic week hosting a number of those attending the Ranchers Rendezvous. From adding new members to the Lee House Family to reminising with those who were here in the begining of this family of guests, it was a Great Week. Sunday evening dinner thru Tuesday morning breakfast, I believe every horse & its breeding was brought to life with their outstanding performances including explaining all the difference in the AQHA's shows. Wednesday morning thru Thursday am brought the Cattlemen from Maryland to Mississippi to Texas. Yes they too talked of the cattle in breeding performances, yet the 20 minutes + before breakfast was served, the living room filled with 12-15 men sharing technology, grazing/feeding practices plus so much more. A newby to the sale, had just stopped for breakfast while enjoying the comrades was thanking me "as much as I enjoyed the breakfast the visiting with all these people was a life time of knowledge, cannot wait to seize the opportunities at the actual sale". This made my heart smile. The Lee House and the main characters of 2 very special women, Karyn. Margaret, a 16 year old young lady, Katie gave an outstanding reception to All. "THANK YOU" to all those who stayed, those who stopped for a meal and especially to the supporting staff.
Wednesday evening a fellowship of a RAB family, interns, & those staying over one more night, enjoyed a warm Beef stew meal. Great closure for the "Ranchers Rendezvous ". See ya all next year.
