Interested in living directly on/bordering our beautiful championship 27 hole golf course?

We currently have four parcels available along route eight. These parcels range in size from 2 acres to 1.5 acres.. Our development company will clear the land install the Wells along with the sewage. Build to suit ! Natural gas is available.

Cherry tree Township is changing their zoning in December to allow construction on existing subdivided parcels under 3 acres coming in December.

This Friday & Saturday will be the last weekend for our Public Dining until spring 2027! Dining menu only from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. 🍽️
Keep an eye out for our Football 🏈 specials as we follow the Pittsburgh Steelers games and put out our Game Day PIZZA & WING buffets! 🍕🍗
