One hill we’ll die on is that most of us don’t need another productivity hack. We need a break.
It feels like everyone is trying to squeeze a little more into every day, every weekend, every season, and then we wonder why we’re exhausted all the time.
Sometimes the answer is as simple as a few slow mornings, coffee that doesn’t get cold because you actually have time to drink it, a long sauna session, a walk through the woods, and nowhere you need to be.
That’s honestly what we love most about time up here. Nothing dramatic happens. You just start sleeping better, your shoulders drop a little, your mind quiets down, and somehow you leave feeling more like yourself again.
Maybe that’s the whole point.
