Happy Labor Day from Maple Bear Campground!

Today we’re especially thankful for the people who make this place what it is — our seasonal campers, weekend guests, friends, neighbors, staff, and everyone who stops in to spend a little time with us.

We hope you get a chance today to slow down, relax, enjoy the Northwoods and spend some time with the people who matter most.

🌲 SUNDAY FUNDAY AT MAPLE BEAR! 🌲

We’re wrapping up Labor Day Weekend with a full day of fun this Sunday, September 6 — and there’s something for the whole family!

🛍️ Camper Community Yard Sale | 10 AM–1 PM
Come wander the campground and hunt for some treasures! Our seasonal and registered campers will have goodies for sale right at their sites.

The public is welcome to SHOP! Payment methods will vary by seller, so bringing some cash is a good idea.

🎉 FREE Kids Bounce House | 12–6 PM
Float House Party Rentals is bringing the fun with a giant inflatable bounce/slide set up behind the deck! Kids bounce FREE — parents just need to stop at the bar to sign a waiver.

🌈 Kids Tie-Dye | 1–3 PM
Head to the deck for some colorful Labor Day fun! We’ll be tie-dyeing shirts from 1–3 PM.

Come treasure hunt, let the kids burn off some energy, grab some food and drinks, and spend one more summer Sunday with us at Maple Bear.

🏁 TOMORROW IS THE DAY — LET’S RIDE!

The Annual Maple Bear Labor Day ATV/SxS Scavenger Hunt hits the trails TOMORROW, Saturday, September 5th!

Grab your crew, fuel up the machines and get ready for a self-guided ride through the Northwoods with scavenger hunt stops at:

📍 Nut-Zee’s Resort
📍 Derek’s Town & Country
📍 Winding Trail Grill & Bar
📍 Tossem Back
📍 My Place at Rivers Edge

HERE’S THE PLAN:

🏁 Registration: 10:30–11:00 AM at Maple Bear Campground
🛞 Ride Begins: 11:00 AM
⏱️ Back to Maple Bear: By 5:00 PM
🎟️ Raffles: 6:00 PM — must be present to win!

And when you get back hungry...

🍽️ PULLED PORK PLATE — $10
🔥 STARTS AT 4 PM • AVAILABLE UNTIL GONE

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Mac’n Cheese • Baked Beans • Coleslaw • Chips

Our regular kitchen closes at 4 PM for the event, but Pulled Pork Plates, Pizzas & Pizza Fries will be available for purchase.

Then stick around for the raffles, cold drinks and a great night back at Maple Bear!

Best of all, proceeds benefit the Harrison Hills ATV Club, helping support the trails we all get to enjoy.

The secret's out: late August is one of the BEST times to ride the Harrison Hills Trail System 🏍 Fewer crowds, perfect temps, and miles of Lincoln County trails right outside your campsite at Maple Bear.
