Island View Cottages are the only remaining cottages located on beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay in the City of Traverse City, Michigan. Our cottages, Beach House, Carriage House and Colonial House represent a nostalgic return to Traverse City. Island View Cottages feature 132 feet of beautiful sandy beach and are within walking distance from local attractions. Open from early May - November 1st.

All units are fully equipped with kitchenettes, air conditioning, outdoor grills, picnic tables, color t.v., and come completely furnished. We also have a shuffleboard court, parking lot basketball court and a Little Tykes play center located on the beach. Within a forty minute drive, you can find the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Interlochen Arts Academy, canoeing on the Boardman River, The Music House, wineries, cherry orchards, casinos, shopping and much more!
