We CAN’T tell you what they are. We gave our word we wouldn’t say anything specific.

But they never said we couldn’t be vague. 😉

A little Distillery history while we’re being extremely unhelpful:

Established in 1998, the Edgefield Distillery is housed in what was once a potato shed on the acreage of a former poor farm.

We’d already been making wine at Edgefield since 1990, so distilling brandy and grappa felt like a natural next step. The happy experiment worked. Then whiskey found its way into the still.

And apparently, we’re still not done experimenting.

Anyways...

Keep an eye out for something new. We’ll tell you more when we're allowed to. 🤫

Brushstroke by brushstroke, detail by detail, artists have filled Edgefield with artwork that you can still find throughout the property today.

And there's a lot more hand-painted artwork hiding around Edgefield than you might realize. 👀

You don't have to be good at golf to have a good time here. ⛳

Edgefield has two par-3 Pub Courses that wind through the property, around blackberry bushes and across some pretty great views of the Columbia River Gorge.

With holes ranging from 43–84 yards, they're perfect for working on your short game, bringing a few friends out for a casual round, or finally proving that yes, you actually can golf.

Both courses are beginner-friendly, but still plenty of fun if you know your way around a club.
