Three pours, three small plates and an easy Tuesday evening at Stables. Next Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM in the Geronimo Ballroom, sommelier Arielle De Soucey is pouring wines chosen for the Thanksgiving table: Dr. Konstantin Frank Dry Riesling, new to our list, with oysters on the half shell; Benton Lane Pinot Noir with foraged mushroom arancini; and Fabre Montmayou Cabernet Franc Reserva with roasted sirloin cap steak.
