The Irving House Downtown

The Irving House Downtown 1920's style rooming house in downtown Tulsa. Renovated in 2012, we have 18 furnished sleeping rooms and four common use bathrooms.

A 3 story brick building, 1920's, in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The 1st floor is occupied by two historic Tulsa icons, Coney Island and Orpha's Lounge. The 2nd and 3rd floors host a pre World war 2 hotel. 'The Irving' has 18 furnished sleeping rooms. Two common use bathrooms are located on each floor, as well as on site laundry on the 3rd floor. The live in manager has a full 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor.
