And we are officially open for the 2025 season. Please be patient with us as we are using a new booking system which we are all trying to learn as fast as possible, but this system will allow for online booking. We are currently working through the hundreds of messages and emails we received over the off season so once again please be patient. We will be posting the link soon for where to go for online booking as well. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

Hey everyone, hope your 2022 has been a good year. We are still open for camping for 2 more weekends. We will be closing for the season on Sunday November 27th. Hey everyone hope you are all having a good day. Just wanted to let everyone know that this season we will be closing the campground on Sunday November 28, 2021. We will be reopening in 2022 on February 11, weather permitting. All of our weekends are currently booked for the rest of the season except the last weekend we are open, November 26 weekend but that is filling fast. Cabins are booked every day for the remainder of the season. There is still time to come grab a site on weekdays so give us a call and get in that last fall camping trip for the year. Thanks everyone for the great year so far and we are looking forward to an amazing last 2 months.

We have reopened our campground store as of today. We will be following CDC guidelines. I am vaccinated and will not be wearing a mask but I will have one handy and if you prefer I wear one just ask nicely and I will put one on while you are in the store. For people who would like to still check in and out through the front window and not come in the store we will still do that for you as well. It will be your choice. We do ask for people that are not vaccinated to please wear a mask per CDC guidelines. Our main goal here is to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Thanks.

We have decided to stay open a little later this year. We will remain open until December 13th. We will be closed from December 13th until February 12th (weather permitting). Currently Cabins are booked every weekend until December 13th. All sites are completely booked on weekends until November 20th. So if you are looking for weekday reservations or weekends starting on November 20th give us a call.

Hope everyone is staying safe and has had a good summer so far. I thought I should let everyone know that we have made a decision to keep our store closed for the remainder of the year. Our campground will remain open but the store will stay closed. We will be handling all transactions through the front window of the store. We will still sell fire wood and ice as both of these are sold outside in front of the store. We almost have every weekend booked for the remainder of the season (end of November) so better call quick to get a reservation.

Virginia is now in Phase 3. This does allow us to rent out all of our sites. Keep in mind this doesn't mean that we will have all dates available as we take reservations 12 months in advance in person and 11 months over the phone. It does mean that I don't have to cancel any reservations where I would have been overbooked. If you have a reservation, you are good to go and we look forward to seeing you. Please call to see what dates we have available.

Ok, we are able to open with some restrictions during Phase 1 of reopening. Due to these restrictions I am still unable to make any future reservations for weekend sites until we are past Phase 1 and am also unable to accept any walk-in bookings. I do have some weekday availability and will begin looking to book starting next week. I promise that I am not ignoring all of you, the phone hasn't stopped ringing, the emails keep coming in, and the Facebook messages have been coming in nonstop as well. It is impossible to respond to all of you but I will start trying next week. But if you are looking to book something for an upcoming weekend I am sorry but I am unable to do it. Look forward to seeing everyone that does come out from a safe distance.
