The two of The Surface Dwellers got MARRIED! 💍
It was a lovely wedding last Saturday with warm, beautiful weather. We are very, very lucky and so excited for this next chapter.

We may have taken March and April off, but we are back with a show EVERY weekend in May and 3 more in June! (Other June dates will be posted later).

We are excited to be back and missed y'all so much! See you soon, Blount County. 👀

Lots of new infrastructure going in this year! Aside from the high tunnel, we've extended our water line to lessen the amount of hoses we're using to get water where it needs to go. We're also slated to build a small green house and mayyybe even a wash and pack?? Nothing happens overnight, but at All happens... eventually... 😄

The Seed Swap is coming up in just one week! Not only can you swap seed with fellow gardeners, you can learn more about gardening, seed varieties, and seed saving from our amazing guest speakers! Here's a little more about our first speaker, Rachel McCroskey!

Rachel is farm manager and owner of Four Daughters Farm in Walland, TN. She discovered her love of food, health, and farming while traveling in New Zealand and has been pursuing her dream of turning her family's land into a regenerative, biodiverse production ever since returning to Tennessee in 2015. Four Daughters Farm was founded in 2019, and Rachel, with the help of family, a few seasonal farmhands and her husband, Greg produce an array of seasonal vegetables, seasonings, jams, jellies, and pastured eggs for the local community. She also serves on the Board of the Blount County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Rachel will share vegetable gardening tips, including how to plan a successful garden and starting plants from seed.
