We’re proud to give back to our community and support our alumni school! 💙

River Stone Rentals was happy to donate a tent for this event and help provide a covered space for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you for letting River Stone Rentals be a small part of such a great event!

Hope to see you there!!

We're planning our 1st Annual Alumni Block Party - a fun, relaxing, family-friendly day to bring Danville alumni of all ages back together- and we need your help to make it happen!

🗓️- Saturday October 3
⏱️- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
📍- 10 W Rambo Street- The new parking lot

We need the following things to make this all come together
🔵Musicians/Bands - Alumni or local bands wanted
🔵Artists/Entertainers - face painting, caricatures, ballon art
🔵Games/Activities - have corn hole boards, giant games, or activities to loan?
🔵Volunteers - want to help set up or loan a hand during the event?
🔵Local Businesses - interested in donating a prize, service, or supplies?

📢 Shout out to River Stone Rentals for donating an event tent for the evening.

Bring your own pop up tents and lawn chairs and spend a few hours catching up with some old friends.

Please reach out to
[email protected] if you want to help in anyway!

One of the best parts of running River-Stone Rentals isn’t just setting up tents, tables, chairs, and machines—it’s the opportunity to teach our kids valuable life lessons along the way.

From learning the importance of hard work and responsibility to understanding teamwork, customer service, and taking pride in a job well done - every event gives them a chance to grow. They help clean chairs & machines, organize equipment, load/unload trailers, and see firsthand what it takes to run a small business.

We’re grateful for the memories we’re making together and the lessons they’re learning that will stay with them long after the work is done.

Building a business is important, but helping build strong, hardworking kids is even better. ❤️ And yes, we pay them with ice cream 😜

Sunny skies are great… but for events, a little shade goes a long way ☀️🫠

On days like this, having a tent can make all the difference — keeping guests cool, comfortable, and enjoying the celebration instead of searching for shade. Whether it’s a backyard party, graduation, wedding, or family gathering, tents help create the perfect space to enjoy the day comfortably.

Book your event setup and let the good times happen in the shade 😎
