We'd Like to wish everyone a safe and happy upcoming Independence Day.
We are almost full for the season with only two sites left available. We intend to have 3 more sites available for the 2025 season. If you are interested in having your own personal annual lease RV site next to Pomme De Terre lake don't hesitate to contact us.

Punxsutawney Phil says we're in for an early spring!
Don't get caught waiting to long to plan your summer fun and miss out on an opportunity to spend it with us at our all new private facility, just up the road from the Dam of beautiful Pomme de terre lake.

We currently still have a few sites available for annual lease, but the inquiries are coming in daily and anticipate being full by the beginning of April.

We are very conveniently located to most everything the Pomme de terre lake area has to offer.
The dam outlet park is 1/2 Mile away just across the road from the Harbor Marina, where there's a little something for everyone. Hiking, biking, tennis, basketball, baseball, kayaking/canoeing, fishing or picnicking.
Also to mention just a few other attractions that are less than 5 minutes away are most of the areas best restaurants, ice cream shops, boat ramps, convenience stores and even Dollar General if you can imagine that.

Everything is coming along nicely. We currently have 7 of the planned 12 lots completed and just finishing up with the final touches to add comfort and enjoyment for your stay.
We've had several questions about having adequate shade. The answer to that is YES. Don't be reluctant to stop in and see for yourself. There is Approximately an additional 2500 square feet of space behind each site that is in the trees and shaded most all day long.
I strongly encourage anyone interested in a having your own personal lake place to contact us and take a tour of the facility. It doesn't cost a thing to come look and would love to meet each and everyone personally!
Even though we will not open until 2024 and have not got the applications released yet we already have a rapidly growing list of interested applicants. Don't miss out, because we are anticipating more applications than we will have sites to offer at this time. Not too worry though we have plans of adding future additional sites if the demand is needed. Thanks everyone and have a great day!

Hello everyone and thanks for visiting us.
We are working diligently towards completion of our newly designed facility as well as keeping our progress updated here.

I've had the question asked of why I state recreational lots and not just call it an RV park.
It's because I want everyone to have the choice of an RV, personalized portable cabin, Park model etc. (No permanent structures will be allowed)
We will be very open to ideas of each individual while keeping in mind we are very big on aesthetics. We want to keep everything very nice and kept like everything else in the area is.

Just a quick overview of our plans of operations.
We will first open with at least ten lots available for annual lease. (Future plans of developing more lots)
All lots will be a minimum of 2700 sq ft 45x60. (most are slightly larger)

Lots are not intended for primary residence but will be available all year long to the leasee for your own personal use, storage. Etc. (Some restrictions will apply.) Details will be in contract.

Applications for lot lease should be available by early fall. And plans of opening on January 1 2024.
