Beautiful, black mulch went down yesterday. Everything looks great.

Last Friday's Board Meeting was unable to be held because of technical difficulties. I posted the letter from the HOA Board.

I hope at the newly scheduled Board Meeting we discuss hiring a management company. Presently, if there is a problem there is no one to call. Most of the year none of the Board members are here in Falcons Glen so self-management is really no management.

If you attempted to call in today for the budget meeting, our apologies. There are technical difficulties with GotoMeeting and we are unable to get the meeting started. We are on the phone with technical support to hopefully resolve this issue.

The board has convened on a three way conference call and has voted to reschedule the meeting due to this technical issue.

The rescheduled meeting will be CALL-IN ONLY and will take place Friday November 6th at 5PM. We will email and post the meeting details next week.

Once again, our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

We were very lucky with Hurricane Sally. We got some rain and the lakes are full. There was some road flooding near Sam Sneads and in Lakoya but Falcons' Glen is fine. Stay safe. Hope to see all our neighbors very soon.🥰
