Lake Place Bed & Breakfast Lake Place B&B was born from a desire to meet and serve people and make them smile. Our home has been a gathering place for decades. We are part of Pres.

Now with the children grown and friends busy with grandchildren, it was time to invite the world in to enjoy the charm of this beautiful region of the United States. This is a forgotten part of the Heartland and in many ways that has preserved the quaintness of earlier days of our history. We are located on one the nation’s greatest treasures, Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. Roosevelt’s grand scheme to produce enough power from one of our own resources, water. Lake Place is a 3,200 sq foot home on 3 wooded acres about 2 blocks from the 186 mile long Kentucky Lake. We are nestled just across the lake from Land Between the Lakes, a National Recreation Area with their own elk and bison preserve, 1800s town, planetarium and more. The front yard is a wild flower garden that attracts wild life of many varieties. We have three lovely dining areas inside and three decks and patios for outside dining and relaxing. The main living area is center pieced by a 10-foot stone fireplace which burns with glory in the cooler months of the year. Lodging is provided in The Rose Room, the Antique Room and The Suite with breakfast in the morning and appetizers in the afternoon. Free WiFi, TVs and a 3D TV in the main living area. Local activities abound. Join us for a wonderful vacation.

As we move into fall, Kentucky is so beautiful. We, here at Lake Place B&B, believe we have lots to offer. Airbnb has designated us as Super Hosts. How exciting. We are truely an international location. Guests from Switzerland, Mexico, India, S. Korea, South Africa and home side, Portland, LA, NY, Louisville, St. Louis, and more. Yahoo!
