The Ball Farm Ranch & Outdoor Event Venue The Ball Farm is located on the old San Antonio-Nacogdoches Road, the oldest road in Texas.

Vestiges of the original road are still visible in the yard near the house. The property is on the high ground between the Colorado and Guadalupe river systems, which in the old days made it possible for wagons to travel in wet weather. The farm, totaling 52 acres of post oak savannah, consists of two tracts of land, title to which dates from an early Spanish land grant. Dimensions on one of the deeds are still listed in "varas", an early Spanish unit of land measurement. The Ball Farm facilitates a wide range of needs. We house and facilitate events ranging from weddings and films to music and camping festivals. We have a skilled in-house production staff and impeccable list of vendors ready to make your next event here a success. Recording is done in the main room of the house, which is floored in antique oak, has walls of heart redwood and a 19-foot vaulted yellow pine ceiling. We offer a comfortable and affordable option with professional results.
