I have a lovely 2nd floor condo I just purchased in the Daytona area, open now through the winter. It's a 2 BR / 2 BA with a full gourmet kitchen, relaxing balcony, nice living and dining rooms and two bedrooms with an oversized king and queen bed. Kitchen has a bar and the LR has a 65" TV. The Master BR has a large walk in closet, desk / workspace, 50" TV and a large bathroom with a stand up shower. The bed is an Oversized king or 2 full beds which can be seperated. The spare bath has a tub/shower and the spare room has a large closet and 32" TV. The balcony has shark coat flooring with darts, ring toss, ash trays and a utility room with beach chairs, coolers and pool floats. The complex has a 7' lap pool with an outdoor shower. Trailwoods is also close to several Nice bars, restaurants and shopping areas. It is also a 5 minute jaunt to a drive on beach. Only $2800/ mo

I still have plenty of open dates this summer at the lake cottage. I added a hammock and pergolo in the back so it's a perfect backyard for chillin' and grillin'. The lake water temp is near perfect, so come enjoy a week of lake life this summer. My rates are very reasonable.

The lake cottage is open for the Leesburg bike fest later this month. It is located in Ocklawaha, Florida next to Lake Weir and his only 25 minutes to Leesburg. I'm sure you will enjoy the lake and the ride to Leesburg. The festival is always a blast too.
