🚨 STOP SCROLLING — YOU COULD BE PAYING WAY MORE THAN YOU NEED TO! 🚨💰

Airbnb and Vrbo fees keep going up… but that doesn’t mean YOU have to keep paying them! 👀

We just had a guest to save $200.00 just by booking directly!! ❤️

That’s real money that will stay in your pocket for dinner, shopping, activities, or an extra night away! 🏡❤️

And here’s something every vacationer should know:

👉 Whether you book with us or another host, ALWAYS check to see if they offer direct booking.

Okay, did you know we actually have a loyalty program? 👀

Because if you’re already coming in for coffee, breakfast, cheesecake… whatever your Rooted weakness happens to be 😂… you might as well be earning FREE stuff while you’re at it, right?

The more you visit us, the more points you earn. And those points = FREE. FOOD. & DRINKS. 🙌

And now we’re making mornings worth even more.

☀️ WAKE UP & DOUBLE UP!

Come see us for breakfast Monday–Friday from 7–10 AM, and you’ll earn DOUBLE loyalty points on your purchase.

Yep. Double.

So if you’ve been saying, “I really need to come try breakfast…”

This is your sign. 😂

Wake up. Eat breakfast. Double up. 🌿

Sign up at the counter before or after giving your order and start earning!
