A little friendly competition for a great cause!

Four of our KCC guys spent the morning participating in the 9th Annual Midlands Mechanical Apprenticeship Coalition (MMAC) Sporting Clays Fundraiser.

The event supports MMAC’s apprenticeship program, helping provide training and opportunities for the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

We’re always glad to support organizations investing in the future of our industry, especially when our guys get to enjoy a day out of the office!

Happy National Boss’s Day to our boss, mentor, and KCC grill master.

Chris challenges us to be better. He believes in his people and genuinely cares about the team behind KCC. Whether he's on a jobsite, tackling his next big idea, or firing up the grill for the crew, he always leads by example.

Today, we're celebrating the person who has helped make KCC a place we're proud to be part of.

Thank you for your leadership, the opportunities you create, and everything you do for our KCC family.

The finishing touches are complete, and we’re excited to share a look inside the new home of Williams & Williams!

From the early stages of construction to the final details, it’s been rewarding to watch this space come together.

We’re proud of the work our team and trade partners put into this project and grateful to Williams & Williams Attorneys for trusting us with their new space!

Meet the Team: Abbey-Grace Bryant

Abbey-Grace serves as a Project Engineer, where she supports a variety of operations across KCC. From assisting with project and Service Department needs to managing many of KCC’s assets and organizational systems, she helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

💬What she loves most about KCC:
“I love that Kirk Commercial gives me the support, resources, and freedom to build systems that help me work smarter and keep growing in my role.”

⭐Fun Fact:
Abbey-Grace’s dream job growing up was designing zoo habitats, and she’s known since she was 12 that construction management was the career for her!

We're grateful to have Abbey-Grace on the KCC team.

We’re wrapping up another one!

Come take a walk around the new home of Williams & Williams with us and watch this project take shape. From active construction to the finishing touches, we captured the same views along the way so you can see the transformation unfold from every angle.

There’s nothing quite like seeing all those phases come together in the finished product. Stay tuned, we can’t wait to share more from this one!

From the KCC Archives

Some projects are worth another look.

For this local design firm, KCC completed a renovation of the existing space along with a new warehouse addition, creating a workplace that pairs polished, thoughtfully finished interiors with the functional space needed behind the scenes.

From custom work and display areas to refreshed offices, gathering spaces and expanded storage, this project is a great example of how form and function can come together under one roof.

Swipe through to see where it started, some of the work along the way, and the finished result.

A fresh look and more room to serve their patients! 👓

KCC recently completed an upfit and expansion of an existing eye care facility, transforming the neighboring space to create a larger, updated environment for both patients and staff.

The project included extensive interior renovations, from new walls, flooring, ceilings and finishes to custom cabinetry, countertops, storefront windows, and updated plumbing and electrical features.

From demolition to the finishing touches, we’re proud to have helped bring this refreshed and expanded space to life!

Nothing brings the KCC team together quite like football season… except maybe arguing over Carolina and Clemson.

Our annual Carolina vs. Clemson Football Challenge is back, and we decided to find out where everyone stands. Some answers were better than others. Some needed a little help.

Let the competition begin!

Meet the Team: Pat Kirk

Pat serves as the Director of Construction, where he oversees the construction operations and helps guide projects from planning through completion. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Pat works closely with our project teams and field staff to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the quality, communication, and attention to detail our clients expect.

💬What he loves most about KCC:
“Knowing the people I work with day in and day out have my back! And the opportunity to work for so many great clients that I know personally or am able to get to know throughout the process.”

⭐Fun Fact:
Pat is a man of many names! Depending on who you ask, he’s known as Uncle Pat’ll, Mr. Pat’ll, Coach Pat’ll, or Dad’ll, although the proper spelling of that is still up for debate.

We're grateful to have Pat on the KCC team.
