Hard Goods The Original Objects for Living in Concrete, Wood and Steel, since 2004 HARD GOODS was established as a response to today’s consumer culture.

After five years, you won’t see our pieces on the side of the road, broken down and waiting for a second owner or the garbage man. Simply put, they’re built to last. We use the highest quality materials available. We spend countless hours prototyping, testing, and sometimes scrapping our plans and starting over. What you’re left with is the best quality that money can buy. A beautiful, meticulously crafted piece that will serve its purpose for years to come, and look damn good while doing it. WE BELIEVE
That form and function go hand in hand. That there is beauty in the imperfection of natural materials. That material plays a crucial role in design. That our products are living entities that get better with time and use. That made in the USA still counts for something. That context plays a powerful role in the function of an object. That design is a process of problem solving. That everyone should own a piece of furniture that will outlive them. That cost shouldn’t be the determining factor in a purchase. That life is too short to make ugly things.

Most concrete sinks contain a hidden danger.

Crystalline silica - a toxic mineral found in traditional concrete - is now being restricted or banned in countries around the world because of its severe impact on human health.

But here’s the thing: people keep using it. Why? Because they don’t know there’s a better way.

At Gore Design Co., we do.

We’ve developed the only Silica-Free High Performance Concrete on the market. No crystalline silica. No compromises. Just durable, design-forward sinks made with your health in mind.

Our Ramp Sink is proof that you don’t have to choose between beauty and well-being. You can have both - clean lines, clean materials, and a clear conscience.

If you’re building a home, a project, or a brand that values integrity from the inside out, this is where it starts.

Click the link in our bio to explore the concrete sinks, or message us to discuss your project.

Because good health matters as much as good design - and you deserve both.

Design is in the details. These custom breezeway blocks were crafted for a California home to provide privacy, soften wind, and filter light - all while anchoring the space with purpose and beauty.

We made them using our proprietary silica-free high performance concrete, because no design is worth it if it risks your health.

If you want your project to feel grounded, timeless, and intentional - this is how you do it.

Something rare is coming to the Ozarks.

The Outlier Hotel—designed by Omar Gandhi and built by Brandon Gore—is a boutique retreat in the works just outside Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Ten modern cabins. Mountain bike-in/bike-out access. Fire features. Forest views. And architecture that’s as grounded as the land it sits on.

We’re talking rammed earth, concrete, steel, and locally milled Ozark lumber. Real materials. Honest craft. No veneers, no shortcuts.

At Hard Goods, we believe in the kind of design that leaves a mark—and this project is exactly that. Raw, refined, and built to stand the test of time.

Currently in development. Stay tuned.

The Outlier Hotel just won an Architizer Award—and it’s a huge milestone for the project.

I’ve been working on it quietly behind the scenes—not many public updates lately, but steady progress is being made. Massive credit to Omar Gandhi Architects and Jeff Shaw for the exceptional design that helped bring this recognition home.

We’re now entering an exciting new chapter—preparing for funding and beginning conversations around strategic partnerships. If you’re aligned with the vision and interested in playing a strategic role—financially (starting at $100K) and in helping shape the hotel and brand—let’s connect.

More to come soon.

The calls have been coming in nonstop since the California fires - people asking about EarthForm Rammed Earth, wanting to build something stronger, more resilient, more rooted in the land itself. I love these conversations. Rammed earth isn’t just a building method; it’s a return to something timeless, something that stands the test of fire, wind, and time itself.

But here’s the reality - California’s regulatory red tape means most of these projects are still years out from breaking ground.

That said, timing has opened a door. A scheduled project got postponed, which means I have an unexpected opening for rammed earth wall construction. If your project is nearing the stage where walls can go up, let’s talk. We may be able to make it happen - sooner rather than later.

Rammed earth can be made with recycled materials. These walls, built for a St. Louis museum, were formed using crushed bricks from a demolished building next door. Waste became structure.

Fireproof, insect-proof, tornado-proof, bulletproof—but more than that, it breathes. It elevates air quality, enhances well-being, and creates a presence you can feel.

Building a home, office, or winery? Let’s create something legendary.

A Statement Piece, Built to Last

Twenty years. That’s how long I’ve been refining the Erosion Sink, a design that’s become a signature of my craft. I’ve made more of these than I can count, but this one? This one might just be my best yet.

Details matter. The way water moves, the way light catches the surface, the way a piece feels in a space - it all adds up to something bigger than just a sink. It becomes a story, a conversation, a moment.

If you’re looking for a custom concrete sink, vanity, or statement piece made from the healthiest, highest-performance concrete on the market - crystalline silica free, built for strength, designed for life - let’s talk.

Because your home deserves more than just a sink. It deserves a legacy.

🏡 Fire-Resistant Luxury: Building a Better Future with Rammed Earth 🌿🔥

In regions like California and Oregon, where wildfires are an ever-present risk, resilient home design is no longer optional—it’s essential. Enter rammed earth construction: a centuries-old building method reimagined for modern luxury. Combining fireproof properties, sustainability, and timeless architectural beauty, it’s the material of choice for safety-conscious homeowners who refuse to compromise on style.

Why Rammed Earth Stands Out:
• Fireproof Design: Naturally non-combustible and able to withstand intense heat.
• Sustainable & Durable: Made from earth’s own materials for low-impact living.
• Sophisticated Aesthetic: Bold textures and modern finishes that complement any landscape.

As climate-conscious design takes center stage, EarthForm is leading the way in rethinking what home resilience can look like. A rammed earth home isn’t just a house—it’s a sanctuary built to last.
