As we head into a new week, I’m grateful for the different ways God allows our lives to connect.

Sometimes it’s helping someone buy or sell a home. Sometimes it’s a conversation over coffee, a page in a book, a podcast that puts words to something we’ve felt, or a gathering where we realize we’re not alone.

That’s how I see Never Hide Your Wings.

To help people feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they take their next step—and to remind women of their worth and who God created them to be.

The right home should leave room in your budget for living your life, too. ☕

Before falling in love with a house, get current lender quotes and look at the full monthly cost: principal, interest, property taxes, insurance, and any HOA dues or mortgage insurance.

My advice? Plan around a payment you’re comfortable carrying today. Treat any future opportunity to refinance as a possibility, rather than part of the promise.
